REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or exchange services on any purchases. All sales are considered final.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If, by any chance, you discover manufacturing defects in the products received, kindly notify us via email at info@rustictales.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will promptly replace the defective item with another piece of the same product.

LOGISTICAL COSTS
Please note that the logistics cost and arrangement for returning the item to our facility will be the customer's responsibility. The replacement product will be shipped once we receive the defective item.

  1. I did not receive an email after initiating a return?
    Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a copy of the email, and we'll resend it to your registered email address.

  2. I am an international customer, does this policy apply to me?
    Currently, our return policy is applicable for customers in India only.

  3. When can I cancel my order?
    Orders can be canceled online before the product shipment is complete. Once the shipment has been made or production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled, and the entire amount will be refunded.
