Relentless, grinding, off-kilter, dissonant doom-death assault that is by turns fascinating and repulsive, and in the end deeply emotionally affecting. Dave Aftandilian
Similar to Convulsing's previous album, another interesting yet intriguing blackened dissonant death metal album... with progressive elements as well. Would recommend to those who are wanting more from the dissodeath genre for sure. terrariancloud
A visceral, but hypnotic experience, with a complexity that only becomes more joy-inducing the more you listen to it. Above all else, this album is a masterpiece in intertwining melancholy, beauty and eldritch terror with a maturity and cinematic quality that surpasses the band’s previous album (which I would still highly recommend).
Also, shoutout to this band for introducing me into the works of Xenakis and Ligeti. Hatttuey
