Giving back is central to every Brother’s Masonic journey. From donating to our annual fundraising appeal to making a significant commitment through one of our giving clubs, members of the Scottish Rite, NMJ are giving back to help our charities provide relief and promote knowledge.
Blue Envelope Appeal
As the Scottish Rite’s oldest Jurisdiction-wide fundraising appeal, the Blue Envelope is a tangible way for our Fraternity to join together and fulfill our commitment to our Brothers and our communities. Donations to the Blue Envelope directly support our Scottish Rite Charities.
Builders Council
The Builders Council is made up of supporters who make a commitment of $10,000 or more to the important work of our Children’s Dyslexia Centers. Their giving transforms the lives of children and their families struggling with dyslexia and strengthens local Centers.
Commander's Circle
The Commander’s Circle is a special group of donors who have chosen to to honor their commitment to the principles of our fraternity through their generous support of the Grand Almoner’s Fund. Giving levels range from $5,000 to
$100,000+.
White Flower Society
The White Flower Society is dedicated exclusively to helping Masonic widows in need and was formed to strengthen the bonds of support formed among the women who come together through Freemasonry. Membership in White Flower Society reflects a $5,000 level of giving.
Cornerstone Society
The Cornerstone Society was created to acknowledge those who have made a lasting investment in our charitable efforts by including Scottish Rite Charities in their estate plans. Their commitment helps to ensure that our important work continues for generations to come.
A Night of Charity
Starting as a telethon in 2018, Giving Tuesday has evolved into an exciting celebration of Scottish Rite Charities, raising more than $1 million dollars to support our work. Brothers can attend in person or tune in from home to this annual event.
