At Scooboo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
The product is eligible for return if it is damaged or has any quality defects.
Return Period
You may return any eligible item purchased from Scooboo within 7 days of receiving your original order.
Return Conditions

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Used or Damaged Products: Products that are altered, used, damaged, or missing components will be accepted only on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, refunds may be partial or issued via store credit.

Photos & Videos Required: To initiate a return, clear photos and/or videos of the item(s) and packaging are mandatory for processing the request.

Quality Check: Any returned item will undergo a thorough inspection by our team. Returns or refunds will be accepted only if the product passes this check.

Reverse Pickup: Scooboo will arrange the return pickup.

Reverse Pickup Charges: If the returned product fails the quality inspection, a ₹50 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Initiating a Return

Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you for your Bank Account/UPI details where the refund amount will be credited within 10 to 15 business days.

COD fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Right to Refuse
Scooboo reserves the right to refuse any return or refund if the returned product does not meet our return policy conditions.
