Our services do not stop with the patient. Support and guidance is extended to the family, friends and loved ones while they navigate through what is often a challenging and emotional time. The hospice team will ensure that you and your family participate in the plan of care. We assist our clients and their loved ones find meaning in each day and allow you to live life on your terms.

Who pays for Hospice?

Hospice services, medical equipment, supplies, and medications are benefits covered by Medicare, Medi-Cal, senior and regular HMOs, and private insurance plans.

Where is Hospice Care Provided?

Hospice will provide care in the comfort of your own home, whether it’s in a private residence, an assisted living facility or a skilled nursing facility.

Who qualifies for Hospice services?

Patients are eligible for hospice care when a physician makes a clinical de-termination that life expectancy is six months or less if the terminal illness runs its normal course.
