2-3 lbs of your choice steak (skirt,flap, top round, or even sizzle steak) 4 New Mexico Chile pods 2 Chile ancho 2 garlic cloves 1 can tomato sauce( el pato is my favorite) 2 1/2 cup water Salt I used 1 1/4 tsp 3 tbsp APF 1 tsp beef bouillon 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp black pepper Salt to taste I used 1 1/2 tsp 3 tbsp oil 1 green bell pepper 1/2 onion 2 roma tomatoes 7oz green chiles *not my video. credit to Cooking Con Claudia
