This contains: Zucchini gets chopped into medallion-like slices and gets tossed in a bowl with a raw scrambled egg, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and seasonings. The zucchini gets mixed together well with all the ingredients in the bowl and it's spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It's baked in the oven and comes out looking very golden on top. Shredded mozzarella cheese is sprinkled on top. The crispy zucchini pieces are piled into a bowl of spaghetti with red sauce.
