Mellow Mushroom's Thai Dye Pizza Copycat: Olive oil & garlic base, mozzarella cheese, yellow curry chicken (I'm using curried tofu), onions, roasted red pepper, fresh tomatoes, sliced seeded cucumbers, sliced fresh basil, + sweet chili sauce drizzled over the top. Add the cucumbers and sweet chili sauce after it comes out of the oven. It is SO yummy! Also, they use molasses in their crust - it is the BEST!
