​It’s impossible not to be inspired by the Spanish beauty of the Mission San Juan Capistrano, and the lush bougainvillea vines that climb the weathered buildings. We selected a color palette of romantic neutrals to complement the beautiful tones of faded brick and stone that compose this historical venue. It was the perfect background and inspiration for our elopement shoot!

The cool tones used in the palette were intended to bring a freshness to a place that holds so much history. From the florals to the gown to the invitation suite, each component was intentionally curated to create a setting that felt life-giving and inspiring.

This family-centered wedding at Carmel Mission incorporated bits of tradition and modernity for a fun twist on a classic wedding.
