• 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 110g
• 1 @oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt (single cup) 
• 1 sugar free chocolate pudding snack pack 

Combine and top with graham crackers (I use one sheet), mini marshmallows (I chop mine up) and some chocolate chips. 

30g of protein but you can definitely add s’more with protein powder if you really want too. 😉
