Nachos are my favorite meal of all time and whenever they are on a menu, you bet I am ordering them. When I’m trying to eat healthier during the week, I will make these bell pepper nachos and they REALLY hit the spot! I’ve tried all different variations of low carb nachos, but this one is definitely my favorite. You can sub in any meat of choice and really get creative with the toppings. They take less than 20 minutes to make and come out perfect every time.

Ingredients:
6 bell peppers
1 lb of grass fed beef (ground Turkey or soy chorizo is also yummy)
1 packet taco seasoning 
2 cups Shredded cheese
1 tomato (diced)
1 red onion (diced)
1 jalapeño (sliced thin)
Sour cream
Guacamole (2 avocados mixed with red Bell Pepper Nachos, Pepper Nachos, Low Carb Nachos, Soy Chorizo, Beef Ground, Eat Healthier, High Protein Low Carb, Grass Fed Beef, Bell Peppers
