Imagine a brown sugar flavoured muffin with white chocolate chips, filled with caramelised deliciousness from Biscoff spread and topped with a Biscoff biscuit… YES PLEASE!

✨Recipe✨
Muffins
■ 12 heaped tsps biscoff spread
■ 175 ml sunflower oil
■ 175 ml whole milk
■ 1 large egg
■ 1 tsp vanilla extract
■ 360 g self raising flour
■ 240 g light brown soft sugar
■ 100-200 g white chocolate chips
Optional Decoration
■ 12 tsps Biscoff spread
■ 12 Biscoff biscuits

✨Method✨
■ Freeze 12 dollops of biscoff spread
■ Preheat the oven to 160ºc fan and prep 12 cases
■ Add the egg, milk, oil and vanilla to a bowl and mix
■ Add the flour and sugar and combine
■ Fold through the white chocolate chips
■ Split ⅔ of the mix between the cases
■ Add Biscoff Muffins, Biscoff Desserts, Biscoff Cupcakes, White Chocolate Muffins, Biscoff Biscuits, Self Raising Flour, Biscoff Spread, Greyhound Art, Soft Sugar

Dry Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Wet Ingredients
* 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup light brown sugar
* 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup biscoff spread
* 3/4 cups milk
* 2 eggs
* 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Biscoff Crumble
* 1/3 cup all purpose flour
* 3 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp white sugar
* 3 tbsp butter, melted
* About 1/4 cup biscoff cookies, crushed

Add ins
* Biscoff cookie butter spread (1/3 cup melted to drizzle on top of muffins)
* 10 Biscoff cookies, crushed

Bake Temperature: 375F
Bake Time: 17-20 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. In a ziplock bag, add your Biscoff cookies, about 17, crush them. Set aside.
3. Add flou Biscoff Muffins, Biscoff Cookie Butter, Biscoff Spread, Biscoff Cookies, Cookie Butter, Butter Spread, Ziplock Bag, All Purpose Flour, Muffin Cups
