Ingredients:
Step 1 ) lemongrass paste ingredients:
👉 In a mortar : 
.1/3 cup sliced lemongrass.
. 10-15 kaffir lime leaf.
. 1 whole turmeric root.
. 5-6 slices Galangal root.
. 10 cloves garlic.
👉 Pound until it turn into a paste.
Add :
. 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder.
. 1 1/2 tbsp tamarind powder mix.
. 1 tsp sugar.
. 1 tbsp fermented fish ( prohok).
. 1/2 tsp msg optional .

Step 2) : Prepare 
. 1 pound beef flap meat.
. 8 ounces beef strips.
. 4 cups water.

Step 3 ) Prepare:
Vegetable:
Celery and Thai eggplant.
Toasted some curry leaf.
