To prevent it from sticking to the skillet, be sure to spray the skillet liberally with olive oil before pouring on the batter. Also, I suggest chopping the veggies finely so they cook faster.

We all know you can do wraps with gram (chickpea) flour, but these are a totally different ball game and SO darn delicious! Ingredients 2 cup dried chickpeas 3 cups water Optional: 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic salt You cannot use cooked chickpeas for this recipe. Soak 2 cups of dried chickpeas (with baking soda if desired) for at least 6 hours. Rinse, drain and blend with 3 cups of water (plus optional seasonings) until smooth. Heat a non stick pan and use 1/3 cup of mixture at a time. Spread out and let it cook for 3-4mins. Flip and cook for 2-3mins. Set aside and repeat until you have used all the mixture. Cheap, satisfying and could be used for sweet or savoury dishes! G
