We created this look in our teenagers room by stapling poster board to her entire ceiling. We then attached LED strip lights purchased from Amazon to the poster board in a random design. Be sure to never cross the lights! Then, we hot glued cotton all over to cover the entire ceiling (we used about 10 pounds)! Be sure to install a smoke detector for extra safety!!
