Casablanca // The film: Humphrey Bogart’s preferred drink at the infamous Rick’s bar. // The drink: French 75 // The ingredients: 2 oz London dry gin or cognac, 1 ½ oz of fresh-squeezed lemon juice, 5 oz of chilled champagne, 1 tsp. superfine sugar, ½ oz lemon juice. Serve in a Collins glass topped with ice.
