You guys will love his nuts 😉 It’s originally from America’s Test Kitchen and he’s been making them for years. INGREDIENTS: • 1 pound raw unsalted mixed nuts • 1 large egg white • 1 tablespoon water • 1 teaspoon salt • ½ cup sugar • 2 teaspoons cinnamon • 1 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground coriander DIRECTIONS: • - Preheat oven to 300 • - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray • - Whisk together egg white, water and salt in a large bowl. Add nuts and toss to coat • - Let nuts drain thoroughly in colander for 4 minutes • - Mix sugar, and spices in a large bowl, add drained nuts and toss to coat. • - Spr
