4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Selar. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery (Merchandise)
- Merchandise orders are fulfilled and delivered within Nigeria only.
- Standard delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Event Tickets
- Tickets are issued digitally and will be delivered via email upon successful purchase.
- Please keep your ticket confirmation email safe, as it may be required for entry to any of our event.
- Entry to events is subject to venue rules and security protocols.
7. Refund Policy
- Event Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation initiated by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
- Merchandise: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (e.g. photos, videos).
