Refund policy

1. All orders are accepted and executed on the understanding that the Customer is bound by these conditions.

 

2. All prices are executed subject to the quoted price which shall supersede any pricelist of First Level Electronics Audio and Acoustics Trading LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) whether published or unpublished. Any overall discounts must be returned if an order, in part or in whole, is returned. Where a part of an order is returned and an overall discount has been applied, the discount will be deducted proportionally.

 

3. The Customer is entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee received by the Company from the Manufacturer of goods supplied. The Company shall not be liable for:

 

·       Any defects resulting from wear and tear, accident, improper use by the Customer other than in accordance with the instructions or advice of the Company or the Manufacturer of the goods.

·       Suitability of any goods for any particular purpose or use under specific conditions whether the purpose conditions were known or communicated to the Company or not.

·       Any technical information, recommendations, statements or advice furnished by the Company or its staff not given in writing in response to a specific request from the Customer before the contract is made.

 

4. In the event of any faults arising during the guarantee period:

 

·       The Customer shall be responsible for the return of all faulty goods in original packing along with the original invoice / receipt, we accept no responsibility for any damage caused during transit.

·       The Company reserves the right to carry out the repairs itself, its agents or return the goods for repair to the Manufacturer as the Company in its absolute discretion sees fit.

·       The Company will only return repaired or replacement goods within the United Arab Emirates

 

5. Refund/Return/Order Cancellation (To be Executed Within 7 Days of the Purchase)

.       Product should be in the original pack without opened and unused for any return or exchange to process.

·       A handling charge of 10% or AED75, whichever is greater, will be charged to the Customer where it is established that the reason for return of the goods was not subject to provisions of the above warranty or guarantee clauses of these terms and conditions (e.g., unwanted items).

·       Incase Change of Mind or Order Cancellation from customer side (Refund on Transaction done through Tabby will be having charges of 2% of transaction value + AED 1 + VAT.)

·       Incase of Change of Mind or Order Cancellation from customer side) Refund on Transaction done through Telr (Regular Card Payment will consist charges of 2.69% of the transaction value)

·     Return/Refund is not allowed in B-Stock/Refurbished products.

.     Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

6. Re-delivery of goods after failed delivery where the Company or their couriers are not at fault may require re-delivery and /or return delivery charges

 

7. Once opened, earplugs, cartridges and stylus, headphones and vocal microphones may not be returned.

 

8. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for special order items, these items can range from custom made cases to products that we do not usually carry in stock.  If you are unsure if the product you have purchased is a special order item please confirm this with your sales advisor.

 

9. Any new goods that are found to be faulty maybe returned for replacement or a refund in which case the Purchaser has to notify the Company within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Item must be unused, in its original condition and in its  original packaging.

 

10. Equipment warranty coverage period against manufacturing defect is as follows:

AIAIAI – 1 Year, Allen & Heath – 1 Year, Akai - 1 Year, Audio Technica - 1 Year, Bose - 1 Year, Behringer - 1 Year, Dap Audio – 1 Year, Denon DJ – 1 Year, Erica Synth - 1 Year, Eikon - 1 Year, Eve Audio - 1 Year, Mackie - 1 Year, Mega Led - 1 Year, M-Audio - 1 Year, NI - 1 Year, Neo By Oyaide – 2 Years, Numark – 1 Year, Omnitronic – 1 Year, Phase – 1 Year, Pioneer DJ – 1 Year, Presonus - 1 Year, Proel - 2 Years, QSC – 1 Year, Reloop – 1 Year, Rane – 1 Year, Roland - 1 Year, Sennheiser - 1 Year, Shure - 1 Year, Stanton - 1 Year, Sound Switch - 1 Year, TE – 1 Year, UA - 1 Year, Yamaha - 1 Year. 

 

11. We assume that our Customers are aware of the functions and compatibility of products and are competent in setting up the equipment bought from us. Customers who are unsure about the functions and are less knowledgeable about the products are free to contact us.
