There is no order cancellation on our page , orders once placed can’t be cancelled.

Refund policy
There’s no return/exchange policy on our website , as each and every product & packaging is specially curated for you.
In case you’ve received wrong/damaged/any product is missing from your package , we’ll initiate a refund or send you a new piece (whichever is feasible for us at that moment).
Package 360′ opening video from start to end with no cuts within 24 hr of recieving the order is mandatory for any claims
Shipping policy
We won’t be responsible for any wrong information such as address/contact info/ pin-code or any detail like that provided by you , that will result in lost of the parcel or order returning back to us.
We take 2-5 days to dispatch your order , as every thing is curated for you , so please have patience with us , we can assure you it will be worth the wait.
After the package is dispatched , you’ll receive the tracking on your “My account” page in the orders section as well as your email(kindly also check the spam folder) , please keep tracking your packages regularly.
In case any unusual activity is seen on your tracking portal , or it’s getting delayed beyond the expected delivery , please reach us asap on our Instagram
Deliveries/Dispatch may get delayed due to some unavoidable reasons such as lockdown , weather , strikes , remote location , stocking issues or any other unavoidable reason – it may take longer time.
If you return the order or don’t accept while it’s at your doorstep due to any reason , it will only be reshipped if you pay the return courier charges and also the shipping charges for resending it. And also NO refund for the same will be provided and order won’t be cancelled either. the customer needs to submit a legal address proof if they claim that address was correct so we can submit that in our shipping company.
