Mike (MN1984) and I came to know each other in 2008 because of our involvement in a MySpace compilation called MOTU (Masters of the Universe).
He went on to start Rosso Corsa Records and I went on to start Girlfriend Records. It never even felt like a friendly rivalry, we just kind of always supported each other and wanted each other to succeed.
We always talked about collaborating, but our schedules just never really allowed for it. After SO many years, we’ve finally made it happen! We had a ton of fun with this track, kind of an ode to 90s racing game soundtracks and big beat music.
