Dexibuprofen je nesteroidni antiinflamatorni lek. On je aktivni dekstrorotatorni enantiomer ibuprofena. Većina ibuprofenskih formulacija sadrži racemsku smešu deksibuprofen (+)-iboprofena i (−)-ibuprofena.[6]
