Exchanges and returns must be lodged and returned back within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return labels are at the expense of the customer and can be purchased via our online returns portal.
Full Price - will be eligible for a Free Instant Exchange (Australian orders only), a full refund or a store credit to the value of the purchase price of the goods;
Final Sale - Items clearly labelled "Final Sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, unless deemed faulty.
Promotional Discounts | Vouchers - will be eligible for a Free Instant Exchange (Australian orders only) or a store credit to the value of the purchase price of the goods. This includes all codes manually and automatically applied. Final sale policy applies if discount code is applied to a final sale item.

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend using a traceable service as lost returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer. Any amount refunded or credited in accordance with the above will be less any original shipping charges.
Refunds are reversed onto the form of payment used for the order, i.e. credit card, Afterpay account (or similar) or credit note. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note, if your order used both store credit and another payment method, store credit funds will be reversed first.
