For products under 20kg: Our logistics partners handle international shipping and transit to local delivery for your orders. Local postal services, such as Singapore Post, Pos Malaysia, Japan Post, Australia Post, Canada Post, or those within the UK and Europe, handle last-mile delivery to your doorstep.

For large furniture above 20kg: We have completed large furniture orders to Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, and the USA. Our freight forwarders cover Asia, Australia, the UK, and Europe, ensuring your furniture arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping Profiles

For your convenience, we categorise products into these shipping profiles:

  • General: Products below a packaging weight of 2kg (excluding specific items below).
  • Clocks: Little Ben Wall and Alarm Clocks.
  • Lighting: Little Bulb Nightlight.
  • Small Furniture: Products above a packaging weight of 2kg or with a packaging length above 60cm.
  • Medium Furniture: Products above a packaging weight of 10kg.
  • Large Furniture: Products above a packaging weight of 20kg or with a packaging length above 120cm.

Please provide your product of interest, country of residence, and postal code. While in-house assembly services are not available in every country, our products are designed for easy assembly. Track Your Order

We process orders within 2 business days and provide tracking information. Some orders may be delivered in separate packages due to product dimensions. Tracking information for every package will be provided.  For large furniture, shipping requires additional handling due to size and weight. These orders undergo careful preparation before shipping. We maintain close communication for tracking your large furniture pieces.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that duties, fees, and import taxes may apply to orders shipped outside Mainland China. These charges are not included in the item price on the product page or at checkout.

For General Items, Clocks, Lighting, Small, and Medium Furniture: Your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for paying these charges. Consult your local customs office for more information on potential duties and taxes.

For Large Furniture: Your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) unless otherwise stated. This means the shipping costs include applicable duties and taxes.

Important Notes on Delivery

If you choose to reject a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if you are uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel, PUPUPULA will not be liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, or handling fees incurred.

In situations of failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for confirmation before arranging another shipping attempt. The cost for the second shipping attempt must be covered by the customer. In case of no response within 7 days, we will cancel the order and refund the product amount only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Process

We hope you'll love your PUPUPULA products! If for any reason you don't, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Window

  • Mainland China orders: Within 7 days from delivery.
  • All other orders: Within 14 days from delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a full refund, your returned item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (Order Number).

PUPUPULA reserves the right to accept or reject any return requests depending on the condition of the returned item. Items damaged by abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered by this return policy.

How to Make a Return

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Email us at support@pupupula.com. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
  2. Pack & Ship
    Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in our email response. Please be informed that for change-of-mind returns, you are liable for the return shipping costs.
  3. Inspection & Processing
    Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval status of your return. Please note that due to international shipping times, the entire return process may take 1-2 months.
  4. Refunds
    If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Protecting Your Return

For returns of products exceeding SGD 50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PUPUPULA cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Reporting Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Accept the package. Our interior packaging often protects the contents. Refusing delivery may extend the process.
  2. Take clear images or videos of the damaged packaging, including the box and contents.
  3. Keep all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We cannot replace damaged items unless they are in their original packaging.
  4. Email us at support@pupupula.com within 3 days of delivery.

We cannot replace damaged items if they are not reported within 3 days or are not in their original packaging. If delivery is refused due to reported damage, but items are found undamaged upon inspection, you may be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

By documenting damage and keeping original packaging, we can often send replacement parts instead of entire items. This minimises waste and expedites the resolution process for you.
