Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all international purchases (including Canada) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • U.S. Orders Only: Eligible for return within 21 days from shipment date.
  • International Orders (including Canada): All sales are final. International purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Condition Requirements (U.S. only): Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, animal-hair free, and with original tags.

2. Return Process

  • U.S. Returns
    • Enter your order number (from confirmation/shipping emails or packing slip) and shipping ZIP code.
    • After processing, a handling fee (return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • U.S. Exchanges
    • Eligible within 21 days of shipping, same condition rules apply.
    • Start your exchange here (link to exchange RMA).
    • Enter your order number (from confirmation/shipping emails or packing slip) and shipping ZIP code.
    • The new item is shipped immediately; a temporary hold is placed on your card.
    • If the original isn’t returned within 14 days, or is ineligible, we will charge the full amount.

 

4. Processing Timeline

  • We process U.S. returns & exchanges within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds typically post to your account within up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Items that aren’t eligible or come in improperly will be returned to you at your expense.

 

5. Special Item Policies

  • Sale Items
    • Discounted <40%: Returnable for store credit or exchange within 21 days—no refunds.
    • Discounted ≥40% or marked “Final Sale”: Not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sample Sale Items
    • All final sale—no returns, exchanges, or store credit.
  • High-Value Returns (U.S. only)
    • Returns with a total merchandise value exceeding $1,000 incur a 15% restocking fee ($150 fee on $1,000).
  • Gift Returns (U.S. only)
    • Gifted items may be exchanged for equal/greater value or store credit via our gift returns portal.
    • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, animal-hair free, and with original tags.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, used, washed, damaged, or contain animal hair. Additionally, items with tags removed.
  • “Final Sale” items ≥40% off, custom slippers, or sample sale purchases.
  • All international purchases (including Canada).
