Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shop Suki. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time: We aim to have 100% of orders shipped based on the cut-off. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed. We have a fixed number of delivery slots each day and these are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. They might get filled up faster during periods of high demand and only slots available on later dates will be shown. We aim to deliver on the slot you select during checkout. 

If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or mobile phone.

Delivery Cut - Off:

Order before 12 midnight for next day delivery. Unless delivery slots are full - you will be presented with later dates to choose from. 

You may select your preferred slot at your convenience and add notes for details.

Delivery Limitations: You are allowed to have a maximum of 50pcs per distinct item per order.

For some items, the limit is different. Please check the notices.

Delivery Charges: 

P49 Delivery: Bula, Dadiangas, City Heights (less than 2km from KCC), Lagao (less than 2km from KCC) 
P69 Delivery: Baluan*, Buayan*, City Heights (more than 2km from KCC), Katangawan*, Lagao (more than 2km from KCC), Ligaya, Labangal, San Isidro
P99 Delivery: Alabel (Town Proper), Apopong, Calumpang, Conel*, Fatima*, Klinan 6 (DARBCI), Mabuhay*, Sinawal*, Tambler*
P120 Delivery: Cannery*, Glamang (Petron Meet Up), Magsaysay*, Poblacion*, Silway 7 (BMEG Meet Up), Silway 8*
P199 Delivery: Ladol, Kawas

Delivery Routes: 

Daily Deliveries to Gensan, MWFSun to Polomolok & TThSat to Alabel

      Delivery delays can occasionally occur - and we will contact you if this happens.

      Delivery confirmation: You will be called to confirm your order and on the day your order is due. 

      Substitutions: Your picker will call you in case the item you order isn't available. If we don't hear back from you, we will do our best to give you the next best alternative - at a comparable price. If this isn't available, we will deduct this from your final amount. 

      Missing items: We will do our best to check & triple check your order before it is delivered to you. However, in the rare instance that there are items missing, this will be deducted from your final invoice and you will only be charged for the items you receive. 

      Returns Policy: Please refer to Refund Policy page, please note that the Shipping fee of return items (that are not perishable) is care of the Customer and Shop Suki has the rights to reject customer claims if reasons are not valid.
