What Shaka is, what it does, and what it doesn't do.

Shaka is a smart contract payment router deployed on Ethereum. It routes payments from a sender to one or more recipient wallets — instantly and irreversibly, wallet to wallet.

One transaction. Every recipient paid in full. Fees added on top, cancellable before it’s paid. That’s it.

What is Shaka?

A payment router. You define who gets paid and how much. When someone pays, the contract distributes funds to every wallet in that same transaction. The transaction is final the moment it confirms onchain.

It works for two parties or ten. It works for a single recipient or a multi-way commission split. The logic is identical — you define the amounts, the contract executes it.

What is Shaka not?

Shaka does not hold funds pending a condition. It does not arbitrate disputes. It does not release funds on your behalf — distribution happens the moment payment is sent, in the same transaction.

If you need funds held until a condition is met, that logic has to live outside Shaka. Shaka handles the distribution the moment you call it.

What it does

  • Routes payments in ETH — the native asset of Ethereum
  • Supports multiple recipient wallets in a single transaction
  • Applies a fee, hardcoded in the contract and taken automatically — see the Fees page for the exact breakdown
  • Lets the deal’s creator cancel it, as long as it hasn’t been paid yet
  • Emits onchain DealCreated, DealPaid, and DealCancelled events for every deal

What it does not do

  • Hold funds at any point
  • Require an account, login, or identity verification
  • Offer dispute resolution or reversals
  • Let anyone edit a deal’s recipients or amounts after creation — only cancel it
  • Support contract upgrades or admin overrides of any kind

Who it’s for

Professionals who close deals — brokers, lawyers, M&A advisors, real estate agents, OTC traders. Anyone who needs to get paid instantly and split a payment between multiple parties without a bank wire or a chargeback risk.

Developers and protocols — teams that need a simple, audited payment routing primitive to embed in their product, smart contract, or platform.
