ප්‍රථම සංස්කරණය, අටවන වෙලුම

The New International Encyclopedia යනු Dodd, Mead and Company මගින් 1902 දී මුල්වරට ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කළ ඇමෙරිකානු විශ්වකෝෂයකි. එය International Cyclopaedia (1884) පාදක කොටගෙන ලියැවුණ අතර 1906, 1914 සහ 1926 වර්ෂ වලදී යාවත්කාලින වීමට ලක්විය.

ඉතිහාසය

The New International Encyclopedia, International Cyclopaedia (1884) හි අනුප්රාප්තිකයා වේ. එය ප්‍රධාන කොටම British Chambers's Encyclopaedia නැවත මුද්‍රණයක් වූ Alden's Library of Universal Knowledge හි නැවත මුද්‍රණයක් විය. 1902 දී ග්‍රන්ථ නාමය The New International Encyclopedia ලෙස වෙනස් වූ අතර Harry Thurston Peck, Daniel Coit Gilman, සහ Frank Moore Colby සංස්කාරකවරු වූහ.
