Ilse Pluimers (born 29 April 2002) is a Dutch professional racing cyclist from Enter, who currently rides since 2021 for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–NXTG.[1] She competed at the 2022 Tour de France Femmes.[2][3][4]

Her brother is cyclist Rick Pluimers and her grandfather Johan Pluimers was also a cyclist.[1]
