Robert Richard Dubac is an American actor, director, stand-up comedian, and playwright.[1][2][3] Robert is known for his comedic solo show, The Male Intellect: An Oxymoron?,[4] The Book of Moron,[5][6] and Stand-Up Jesus.[7]

Career

From 1990 to 1991, Robert was the lead actor on ABC's soap opera Loving.[8] In 1999, Robert's first play, The Male Intellect: An Oxymoron?[9][10], co-directed by Blake Edwards, logged approximately 5000 performances worldwide and has been translated into several languages.[11] In 2014, Robert with his friend Garry Shandling, wrote and directed his second play, The Book Of Moron[12][13][14]. Between 2020 to 2021, Robert wrote his third show, Stand-Up Jesus.[7]

Robert also co-wrote and directed Happyville, starring Dave Shirley, and the Off-Broadway solo show Man 1, and Bank 0[15].
