Wondering if you could help

Hi! Apologies in advance if this may not necessarily be covered by what you do, but I've noticed you reverted a few global spams and I was wondering if yuou could point me towards the right direction on where to report cross-wiki spams? Basically, the creator of an article has re-created the article (as it was previously deleted here on SW based on not being notable) across many languages and now claiming notability based on those and have been removing RfD.
