Martin Malych shared thisThe classic IT career path is dead 👎 University → junior role → five years grinding → senior title. Gone. Probably for good. AI now does what juniors used to spend their first year on. Boilerplate. Docs. Simple bugs. Done in seconds -> for "€100/month" instead of €45k/year. The math is brutal, but it's just math. At CloudTalk, our best engineers ship 2-3x more value than a year ago. They spend their days on harder problems - the ones where AI alone still fails badly. But the bar moved up with them. Every engineer we hire now builds with AI from day one. If you're still avoiding these tools in 2026, you're not falling behind - you're becoming a risk to your team. And here's what most people miss: 80%+ of the world has never opened Claude Code, or run a sophisticated agentic workflow. We sit in a bubble inside a bubble. The next 24 months will be wild for everyone outside it. So, where is the world heading? 👇 Full interview in Denník N (article in Slovak): https://lnkd.in/djAWJPBNAko sa dostať do IT biznisu v čase AI: Pracujte s ňou lepšie ako starší kolegovia, hovorí odborníkAko sa dostať do IT biznisu v čase AI: Pracujte s ňou lepšie ako starší kolegovia, hovorí odborník

Martin Malych shared this50 free minutes. 10-minute setup. 24/7 call answering. Today, we’re launching our AI Receptionist! We’ve seen great results with Voice Agents already. For some teams, they’re deflecting up to 70-80% of inbound calls and cutting handle time dramatically. But while building in this space, one thing became obvious to me. Not every business needs a Specialist AI Agent. A lot of SMB businesses just need something that works. > Something they can set up fast. > Something they can test themselves. > Something that starts answering calls professionally right away. That’s exactly what we built. We made it extremely easy to get started. ❌No technical setup. ❌No long implementation. ❌No need to design complex logic before you even know if it’s right for you. ✔️You can set it up in about 10 minutes, upload your FAQs, define a few rules, and get it live fast. And we’re giving you the proof. 🎉You get 50 free minutes to test it yourself, call it, hear how it sounds, and put it straight into your live call flow. If later you need a more advanced AI Specialist Agent, we’re here for that too. ☎️ Already using CloudTalk? It’s live in your Dashboard. ☎️New to CloudTalk? Start a free trial; AI Receptionist minutes are included. Link to signup for 14 day trial is in the comments. #AlwaysAnswers

Martin Malych shared thisI keep coming back to something one of our customers said recently. “We don’t have a team of developers to manage phone systems full time… I just needed something I could run myself.” That’s a reality for a lot of companies. Including Unzer - a fintech company supporting 20+ teams across Europe. But how do you do that when you’re running five different phone systems? Each with their own rules. Their own integrations. Their own blind spots. (In my experience: you don’t.) And the real cost of that? It wasn’t technical debt. It was the pain it created for the people on the frontlines. Agents didn’t enjoy picking up the phone. Team leads had no visibility. Coordinating support turned into guesswork. When we showed agents CloudTalk for the first time, they said: ‘Wow. Can we integrate it tomorrow?’ They did. And onboarded more people than planned—just because agents liked using it. That’s when you know a tool is working—not when people use it, but when they want to.

Martin Malych shared this💡 Aira isn’t just another scale-up. 👉 They’re on a mission to cut global CO₂ by 2%. That kind of ambition requires urgency. Precision. And systems that don’t crack under growth. When we first spoke, they came to us looking for a dialer. They were in hypergrowth, and outbound sales was priority one. 🧠 But they quickly realized: you can’t just stack sales on top of sales. Without strong systems behind them, things break. → Calls were slipping through → Support had no idea what sales had promised → Each team was doing their best—but they weren’t operating as one “We’d focused entirely on sales—then realized we had to support it, too.” So they did something that impressed me: They paused. Long enough to ask: What kind of company are we building? That’s when they made a bold decision—not to add more tools, but to unify the customer journey around one. So they came back to us with a bigger ask: “Can we run the entire customer journey through CloudTalk?” Today, every call tells a story: → Sales, support, and install teams work from a single system → Missed calls automatically trigger a ticket with an SLA → Caller info appears instantly—with full journey context “We’re building a whole new vertical. No one’s quite done this before. CloudTalk helps us connect the dots.” It’s one of my favorite examples of what it means to grow with clarity. Not chasing complexity. Not plugging holes. But stepping back—and building something that lasts.

Martin Malych shared thisA lot of the conversations I’m having about AI Voice end up at the same question: “Will this replace people?” The simple answer is: no. AI won’t replace conversations that require deep understanding, complex problem-solving, or real human judgment. It won’t replace high-value moments where empathy, context, and experience matter most. But that’s not the most interesting part. The bigger question is this: How do you use AI to work hand in hand with your team — not instead of them — and gain an edge over companies that are still doing everything manually? That’s exactly why I’m excited to share the story below 👇 Christian runs a fitness studio in Spain — remotely from Denmark. 🇪🇸➡️🇩🇰 Leads were coming in at all hours, but his team could only call during business hours. If someone signed up at night, the follow-up came hours later. Often, too late. So instead of hiring more people, he introduced AI Voice Agents. Not one. Four — each with a very specific role in the customer journey: • one that calls new leads instantly • one that handles callbacks • one that answers repetitive FAQs • one that rebooks no-shows The result? 📈 150% more trial bookings ⏱️ 20+ hours saved every week 📞 100% lead coverage, 24/7 What matters most here is why it worked. His human team was already doing a great job. The breakthrough came from removing waiting. This is exactly how we believe AI Voice technology should be used: AI handles repetitive, time-sensitive conversations — instantly and consistently. Humans stay focused on empathy, judgment, and the calls that truly need them. This story is a blueprint for what’s possible when AI is implemented to fit real operations. Proud of the Circle Gym team for pushing the boundaries.

Martin Malych shared thisOne thing I’ve seen time and again: many sales teams don’t fall short because of effort. They fall short because their tools break trust before a rep even says hello. That’s what struck me in my conversation with Alan Graysmark, who runs outbound demand generation at Integrity360. His teams span the UK, Ireland, South Africa and Europe. Motivated reps that were struggling with tools that were working against them. 📵 Calls getting marked as spam. 🎧 Audio was so bad they thought their headsets were broken. 🗂️ No real visibility into talk time, call quality, or what actually happened in the conversation. As Alan put it: “There were echoes, crackles, just bad audio. At one point, we were about to replace our equipment — turns out it wasn’t the gear. It was the carrier.” When they switched to CloudTalk, everything changed. Their reps started dialing from real mobile numbers—no more getting flagged before the conversation even started. Calls launched directly from Salesforce, with outcomes and notes logged automatically. And suddenly, Alan’s team had real visibility with clear sentiment data and talk ratios. And the impact? ✅ 3× pickup rates ✅ Longer, more productive talk times thanks to clearer audio ✅ Insight into what’s actually being said, not just logged Just like that, the friction was replaced by confidence, clarity, and consistency. At CloudTalk, delivering the best possible call quality is a standard we’re proud to uphold. And I think Alan said it best: “It’s like the person is in the room with you. That clarity matters. You only get one shot at a first call, and now ours sound world-class.”

Martin Malych shared thisAt CloudTalk, we work with all kinds of companies, which means understanding what matters most to each one. For Doorsan, it’s high-stakes, long-cycle sales. Each project is worth tens of thousands, and one missed call or sloppy handoff could mean losing the deal. When we first spoke with Kacper Ziaja, their old phone system was holding them back: missing call logs, no CRM sync, zero visibility across deals. As Kacper said it: “It was okay at first, but calls would fail to show in history, and we had no way to properly log call outcomes. Everything was manual. It slowed us down and made handoffs messy, especially when someone was on holiday or out of office.” Fast forward to today: “We’ve been using CloudTalk for over two years and not once has it gone down. That reliability is crucial when every call could mean a £30,000 project.” In another words: ✅ 100% uptime ✅ 2x faster handoffs with automatic call summaries ✅ Total alignment across the team—even when someone’s out Not bad for a small team managing five-figure deals. This one stood out for me because it shows how the “small stuff” (like a clean call log, automated summary and zero downtime) can make a big difference when the stakes are high. Thanks to Kacper and Doorsan for trusting us. Check out the full story in the comments.

Martin Malych shared thisRunning a global real estate marketing platform isn't easy - especially when your 35+ person support and sales team spans multiple time zones. When we first spoke with Madeline Moloney from RateMyAgent, it was clear how challenging it had been to find a calling solution that actually worked for them. Long connection times, dropped calls, unresponsive support… you name it. It was draining for her team and frustrating for their customers. So when CloudTalk ended up being the only provider that checked every box on her spreadsheet - from reliable call quality to native HubSpot integration and AI insights - I couldn’t help but feel proud. 🎯 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁: 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗠𝘆𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝘆 66%. How? She used Conversation Intelligence to dig into call summaries, topic trends, and sentiment analysis to figure out exactly what was confusing customers. Then, her team updated the help docs and marketing emails based on that data. But the best part? Maddy didn’t stop there. She started using those same insights internally - coaching her team and improving processes for the long run. This kind of dedication and focus is exactly why we’re so proud to support RateMyAgent’s team 💪

Martin Malych liked thisMartin Malych liked thisWe just raised $6 million. Oversubscribed. But that's not the interesting part. The interesting part is what we're building with it. Right now, HR professionals open an app, navigate a menu, click through screens. In three years, they'll just say what they need. "Prepare onboarding for Jana starting Monday." "Show me attrition risk across the sales team." "Draft a contract amendment for Tomáš." Done. No clicks. No copy-pasting between systems. No lost hours. That's what Sloneek Intelligence is becoming. Not a feature. An agent that runs your HR stack the way you'd brief a colleague — by talking to it. Cooperating with financial, operations or marketing agents. Fully integrated into local software ecosystems from job portals to payroll services. We're also making a move I'm personally excited about: Poland. A market where companies are scaling fast, HR is buried in spreadsheets, and no local all-in-one solution exists. We're going in with a local team that actually knows the market. And Great Britain will follow soon. What's fueling all of this? The conviction that HR software has been asking people to adapt to it for too long. That's about to flip. Our dream is becoming real — in a shape better than I ever dared to imagine. Many thanks to Milan Rataj, Marek Beran, Jan Verespej, Witold Solski, David Baláš, Tomas Sugar, Celia Bruche, Filip Kudla, Sebastian Fesar, Gabriela Ondrejčová and other 30+ extremely talented people for being a part of this breathtaking journey! https://lnkd.in/d9ty-gyy

Martin Malych liked thisMartin Malych liked thisRecently, I stumbled across an HBR article called The Making of a Corporate Athlete. The concept is simple: top performers manage their energy the same way athletes do. What caught my attention wasn’t the business advice. It was how much it reflected my own life. Like many people, I’m constantly trying to balance three priorities: 1. Being a good leader for my team 2. Being present for my husband and kids 3. Staying healthy and fit The reality is that one of those pillars is usually out of balance. If work is intense, I feel guilty for not spending enough time with my family. If family takes priority, I sometimes feel like I’m falling behind professionally. If both demand attention, my workouts are usually the first thing to disappear. The article made me realize I’ve been thinking about this the wrong way. The answer isn’t better time management. It’s energy management. A few things I’m trying to be more intentional about: • Treat workouts as a non-negotiable, not something I do if I have time. If I don’t take care of myself, I can’t show up at my best for anyone else. • Build actual recovery into the day. Not scrolling my phone between meetings, but taking a few minutes to walk, think, or simply let my brain reset. • Stop equating constant activity with productivity. Athletes don’t train at maximum intensity all day. Neither should we. Nothing revolutionary. Just a reminder that sustained performance requires recovery, not just effort. Curious how others think about this. Do you ever feel like you’re constantly trading off between career, family, and health? P.S. 🔗 to the article: https://lnkd.in/dJTV38hS

Martin Malych liked thisMartin Malych liked thisToday, Salesforce announced that it’s acquiring Contentful. Huge congrats to Sascha Konietzke, Paolo Negri, Karthik Rau, the entire Contentful team including its alumni (Chris Schagen, Markus Harder, Christian Blomberg, Anton Marinovich, Artas Bartas, Peter Sunna, Steve Sloan, and others), and everyone involved! We co-led Contentful’s first financing round in 2012 (together with Roberto Bonanzinga) following a cold email that Sascha sent me. At the time, Contentful was called StorageRoom, had 28 paying customers, and a few hundred euros of MRR. Contentful consisted only of Sascha, soon to be joined by Paolo. I was on the board of Contentful from 2012 until 2018, and the company is close to my heart for many reasons. I’m incredibly grateful for all the hard work the team has put in over so many years that led to this amazing outcome. Thank you. Will share some more reflections soon. :)

🚨 Big news for patients and physicians Kardi Ai is now reimbursed by health insurance. Long-term ECG monitoring with Kardi Ai is now partially covered (up to 2,000 CZK) by Czech health insurance providers - removing a key barrier for patients and making recommendations easier for doctors. ✅ Eligible for reimbursement from: • Ministry of the Interior Health Insurance Fund of the Czech Republic / Zdravotní pojišťovna ministerstva vnitra České republiky • Škoda Employee Health Insurance Company / Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda The inclusion of the Ministry of the Interior Health Insurance Fund of the Czech Republic - the second largest insurer in the Czech Republic with 1.3+ million insured persons - opens access to long-term heart rhythm monitoring for a truly broad population. Why it matters: • Lower costs for patients • Simpler adoption for physicians • Earlier detection of hidden arrhythmias 🏥 Expert perspective “Long-term ECG monitoring is essential for detecting heart rhythm disorders that often remain hidden during short examinations. Solutions like Kardi Ai significantly increase the chance of early diagnosis and help shift cardiology toward effective prevention,” MUDr. Petr Šmach, Director of the Medical Department, Škoda Employee Health Insurance Company Patients only need to submit the insurer’s form and proof of payment. We provide all required documents and full support throughout the process. Special thanks to Škoda Employee Health Insurance Company for the long-term cooperation and trust, and to all our insurance partners and investors who continue to push prevention forward. Another strong step toward accessible, preventive, data-driven cardiology. ❤️

How REMA 1000 turned support into real online growth In one of my meetings, one of my team members at Plecto told me about what REMA 1000 had achieved together with us in their customer support. They now use Plecto to bring customer service tickets from eight different channels into one real time dashboard instead of working in separate systems. That cooperation helped them cut their response time by more than 50 percent, answer customers about five minutes faster, and reach a yearly online growth rate of 100 percent. What stayed with me from that conversation is how their support team finally got the overview to move smoothly between channels and turn better service into real online revenue growth. #customerservice #cx #datadriven

PrestaShop is now officially part of cyberFolks.pl. Together with Sylius, we have completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in PrestaShop. After obtaining all required regulatory approvals and fulfilling the formal conditions, we have closed one of the key transactions in the Group’s history. The significance of this step is best reflected in the scale at which we now operate. The cyber_Folks ecosystem currently supports e-commerce worth approximately €35 billion annually. PrestaShop alone powers around 230,000 active stores generating nearly €22 billion in GMV, while projects delivered on Sylius account for another €7 billion. Following the closing, we now serve a global customer base of around 700,000. For us, this is not only about greater scale, but above all about a stronger and more international business. The majority of PrestaShop and Sylius customers operate in Western Europe – particularly in France, Spain and Italy – which increases our geographic diversification and reduces dependence on individual market conditions. From a financial perspective, the fundamentals of our model remain unchanged: recurring revenues, expansion of higher-margin services (hosting, integrations, transactional communication, automation and AI solutions), and a pay-as-you-grow approach, where our customers’ growth directly translates into our performance and strong, stable cash flows. The combination of Shoper (SaaS), PrestaShop (open source) and Sylius (enterprise, composable) allows us to support businesses at every stage of their development and build long-term relationships within a single ecosystem. The transaction was financed through a combination of own funds and debt financing, while maintaining a high level of financial flexibility. Our immediate priority is operational integration and the execution of revenue synergies. Thank you to all the teams involved in making this happen.
