Roasted Kielbasa and Potatoes
Juicy Kielbasa nestled among roasted potatoes and crispy broccoli creates an amazing sheet pan meal. We tested several ways to cut up the potatoes and Kielbasa Sausages. Bigger chunks of sausage stays juicier in the oven while smaller than bite sized potatoes pair perfectly with the protein packed meat! Heat the leftovers in a skillet and crack a couple eggs to make a new meal or quick breakfast.
