INGREDIENTS

1 6-oz block @RothCheese Creamy Havarti, cut into squares
Bowtie pasta
Olive Oil, to taste
Salt & pepper, to taste
Salami, folded into fourths
Castelvetrano olives
Cornichons

INSTRUCTIONS

The Healthy Boom on Instagram: "BOW-TIE ANTIPASTO BITES

Ingredients:
• 40 pieces bow-tie pasta
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
• 1 block aged white cheddar
• 20 large pimiento-stuffed green olives
• 20 large pitted whole black olives
• 40 peppered salami slices

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta to al dente according to the package directions. Drain and let dry, then toss with the olive oil, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
2. Slice the cheese into forty 3/4-inch blocks that are 1/2 inch thick.
3. To assemble, on a food pick, place a piece of bow-tie pasta, an olive—either green or black—a folded slice of salami, and a block of cheese. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
