All those nights when you can't reach me? I'm making these things. When it comes to poetry chapbooks, I’m a DIY gal. From the 1500s through part of the 1800s, these little books, on a variety of topics, were so cheap that once their owners read them, the pages were often used as “bum fodder” (toilet paper).
