The Kumpun Condominium, Chiangmai, Thailand. It is a small residential building near Suthep mountain. Its recreation terrace and garden are on the roof deck level since it is the only level people can see Suthep mountain. Some parts of the building facades are clad in wood to give the building a warm character. Plant boxes are provided on all units' balconies for the residents to grow their plants and flowers to help give vivacity and livability to the building.
