When I find myself falling down the dream kitchen rabbit hole, one thing is always constant: big windows streaming lots of light! Light to cook by, light to eat by, light to take photographs. So it’s no wonder these greenhouse-inspired kitchens strike such a chord with me, particularly the ones that blur the line between inside and outside living. (The trees!) I think I could never be too bummed about my cooking mishaps if they happened in one of these kitchens.

Just because you don’t have outdoor space doesn’t mean you can’t put your green thumb to good use. Consider installing a greenhouse window in your kitchen. Not only will you be able to grow herbs and small plants, but you’ll have something much more pleasant to look at while doing the dishes.
