31st Annual Rowan-Virtua SOM Research Week

Thursday, March 11th and Friday, March 12th, 2027

Rowan-Virtua SOM Research Week highlights the groundbreaking research at Rowan-Virtua SOM and the collaborations with our academic, clinical and corporate partners. For more than 20 years, we have celebrated the efforts of faculty, staff, interns, residents, fellows and students as they work toward improving patient care through research.

Rowan-Virtua SOM is pleased to announce that the 31^st Annual Stratford Campus Research Week will be held on March 11 and March 12, 2027 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Academic Center, located on the Stratford Campus.

Poster display

Participants can display their work in multiple ways:

•  In-person
  • Poster price list
  • How to request a poster for print
• E-Poster 
  • Poster template (PDF)
• 10-15 minute presentation (pre-recorded Youtube video playable on Rowan Digital Works)
  • Instructions for creating a pre-recorded video
  • Poster template (PPT)
• All posters must provide an abstract. This will allow for increased opportunities for collaboration among Rowan campuses.
• All Rowan-Virtua SOM students should include "OMS" after their name on both physical and E-posters.

For help preparing posters for Research Week, please visit The Hope Brings Strength Library online resource. This site offers practical tools and guidance on poster design, graphics, copyright bascis, image use, and includes short instructional videos. Students can also connect with librarians for additional support.
