The Research & Evaluation Design Support (REDS) for Grant Proposals program provides specialized consultation related to research design, evaluation plans, survey methodology, and statistics. It leverages the expertise of the Institute for Social & Behavioral Research (ISBR) centers and programs. Eligible researchers preparing external proposals receive support at no cost.
Research & Evaluation Design Support (REDS) for Grant Proposals
Support is provided for grant proposals that will be submitted to an external sponsor, and that are led by PIs or Co-PIs who are academic faculty at Indiana University, including tenured and tenure-track faculty, clinical faculty, and research scientists. Any member of the research team may submit a request for REDS support. Proposals to be submitted to internal funding programs, as well as proposals led by lecturers, visiting faculty, postdocs, residents, graduate students, and emeritus faculty, are not eligible.
IU Research's Research Development Services (RDS) offers support for faculty preparing proposals to be submitted to external funding sources. Visit the RDS website to learn more and submit a request.
Graduate student researchers can request grant support through the GradGrants Center.
