At the Solydes Foundation we understand that culture is a way to promote participation and express and respect diversity, and this is why it is a key element of the national and local development strategy. Based on this firm belief, SOLYDES has decided to support cultural activities including publishing books by Bolivian researchers and artists.
Singani is a distilled spirit made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes, with a production and consumption tradition spanning several hundred years. Today, singani is a cultural heritage of Bolivia, and its denomination of origin is already established. The book "Singani," supported by Fundación Solydes, is a photo book primarily featuring the production areas of Bolivia's most important distilled spirit. At the same time, it is a tribute to the grape producers of these regions. The work was created by authors Patricio Crooker and Rita del Solar, with texts by Agustín Echalar.
