Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us at contact@solandrock.com with your order details, and we'll guide you through the process.

Be mindful that some letters do not take their full shape until inflated. For example, A "B" may look like a "C" until inflated or a "O" may look like a "U".

 

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Undeliverable mail - If an item is returned to Sol and Rock by the post office due to an undeliverable address, You have 2 options: 1. Customer will pay shipping to have the item shipped to a deliverable address 2. Customer can receive a refund less $2 re-stocking fee, shipping fees, and rush order fees.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the receipt of the returned product(s).
