Minimal commandlines and configuration required; just a few in itself. Cross Compiles i386 to x86_64 (note not a canadian cross). ~500 pkgs built including configured database sendmail and apache. Older linux src2 (glibc-2.11 xfree86 ff44) and Newer linux src17 build equally well from the same "chroot_create" command. Modifying build list is text editor easy. "A linux modifiable and re-creatable by one person because you make it." TBLD is not based on another distribution it is roughly similar to Linux from Scratch. ELCO stands for Embedded Lisp COmpiler or Esdens Lisp COmpiler. The goal is to create a lisp compiler for embedded 32bit architectures. (i.e. ARM) With this compiler you are able to write lisp code on a naked chip. No OS needed.
