The Integrated Analysis Platform (IAP) has been designed and developed to support the analysis of large-scale image data sets of different camera systems. It aims in bridging different data domains and in integrating different approaches to data analysis and post-processing.

Infomap is a Java component for displaying and manipulating nodal data. It gives the user the ability to visualize large graph or tree structures by means of expanding and collapsing portions of the structure and by easily zooming in and out.

A Java utility that uses the Informatica Operations API allowing parameter inputs, trapping of suspended workflows and ability to send an email on failure. This utility extends the functionality of the pmcmd startworkflow and starttask command. If you pass in a parameter file and individual parameters on the command line, a temporary parameter file is created that has the values from the parameter file and appends the individual parameters. The e-mail sent is in HTML format using tables and looks similar to the workflow monitor output.

This project hosts the 'Simulation Tool', an extensible, interactive environment for carrying out simulation experiments of SBML models. This project can use RoadRunner or SBW enabled simulators to carry out simulations.

A very lightweight advanced terrain-rendering and 3D map rendering system. Minimal dependencies: OpenGL, SDL. It's distrib in 2-3 separate modules: 1. the C++ implementation of the terrain- and/or surface- rendering Algorithms I have developed: both a multithread and a non-multithread variant is relaeased. 2. Seme as at point 1. , but with a road-network rendering and collision-detection module I wrote before. It also adds some trees at the top of the terrain. (multitread vesion not released yet) 3. Seme as point 2.. Multithread terrain-rendering, roads on it, and vehicles to go around. The most important part is terrain-rendering. The Algorithm at the heart of it features my first and second theorem abut polygonal surface approximation. It took something like 2 years to develop it. It's technically a view-dependent, continuous dynamic level-of-detail rendering algorithm. Main features are simplicity and documentation. Does easily a 4k x 4k terrain, but also much more.

For big OME data analysis, we integrate commonly used quantitative methods, describe our novel strategies to quantify and analyze biological markers related to the cell or organelle spatial-coordinate model, and present open-source OME-3-Dimensional Reconstruction (OME-3DR), a flexible, programmable and batch-oriented tool based on OME data, for reconstructing 3-dimensional (3D) spatial conformations and conducting further analyses, such as the identification, counting, localization and tracking of bio-imaging markers, calculation of model-contour parameters for association analyses, establishing spatial-coordinate system, 3D co-localization analyses and so on.
