GraPHPite is a highly customizable utility written in OO PHP for creating charts or graphs (Bar, Area, Pie, etc). Users are encouraged to switch to PEAR::Image_Graph which is based on GraPHPite source. GraPHPite is in maintenance only state.

This software is designed to help users visualize and analyze 3D point clouds with an associated real value, in a fast and flexible fashion. The primary use is in Atom Probe Tomography, which is an atomic imaging technique. However the program may also be useful in other areas, such as geospatial data, lidar, etc.

CoFlo generates Control-Flow Graphs from C and C++ source code. It can then output the graphs in a number of ways and perform various control flow analyses. NOTE: CoFlo has not been under active development for several years. At this time, I suggest you look into LLVM-based tooling to see if there is anything similar to CoFlo which will meet your needs.
