Mailman is the GNU mailing list manager. It provides standard list management features, integrated with a web interface. Please note: the subversion repository has been retired. Please see http://wiki.list.org/x/DgAJ for details.

vmm is the easy to use and configurable command line tool for administrators and postmasters, to manage domains, alias-domains, accounts and relocated mail users. It allows the fast and easy management of mail servers. vmm is written in Python. It's designed for installations using Dovecot and Postfix with a PostgreSQL backend.

CheckMails periodically looks for unread mails and displays the total number of unread mails in the system tray icon. Several mailboxes can be configured. The number of unread mails for each mailbox is detailed in a notification that appears when clicking on the icon and after a check. This application supports only IMAP protocol with SSL encryption. The connection information for each mailbox is stored in an encrypted file using a master password.

GroupServer is a mailing list manager: an email sent to one address is then sent on to many people. In this way it is a list server like GNU Mailman. GroupServer also has an integrated web interface, so you can use the web to post, read the archives, and administer your groups. It is a bit like Google Groups. GroupServer gives you an open source system under your control: your groups, on your site, on your hardware.

ImpraStorage provided a private imap access to store large files. Each file stored on the server is split in severals random parts. Each part also contains random noise data (lenght depends on a crypt key) to ensure privacy and exclude easy merge without the corresponding key. An index of files stored is encrypt (with the symmetric-key algorithm Kirmah) and regularly updated. Once decrypt, it permit to perform search on the server and download each part. transfert process is transparent. Just vizualize locally the index of stored files and simply select files to download or upload. ImpraStorage automatically launch the parts to download, then merge parts in the appropriate way to rebuild the original file. Inversely, a file to upload is split (in several parts with addition of noise data), and ImpraStorage randomly upload each parts then update the index.

PloneMailList is a Plone product (V1.1 pour Plone2.5 et V2 pour Plone3) able to manage standard mailing lists over Pop or Imap Protocol. Messages are stored as Plone contents and can be browsed and searched through the Plone interface.
