Harvy is the younger brother of Kuwaiba Open Network Inventory. It aims to be an enterprise-class trouble ticketing system, focused on providing support for complex work flows and integration with other OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support System) in the context of eTOM and Frameworx/NGOSS directives.
