Open Source C# File Managers for ChromeOS

A free file splitting tool that cuts large files into smaller parts and a merge-script which you can copy to otherwise-too-small memory sticks etc and then put them together on the target computer.

Disk Garden - program for cataloging disks (cd, dvd). Program scans disks and saves catalogs in one file. Disks can be segragate into categories (ex. movies, games). Folders and files can be tagged. It's similiar to Advanced Disk Catalog or WhereIsIt?.

Bluesite is an Open Source system for building and managing ASP.NET websites. It uses standard ASP.NET technology, and integrates seamlessly into already created ASP.NET websites. It is programmed in C#.

Crc32.NET is a command line tool written in C# which can verify the CRC32 of a file or set of files, comparing the calculated value against the value stored in the file name (if any). It can also add, remove, or update CRC32 values in a file name.

Arranges a big set of files or directories in order to use the minimum number of phisycal media (CD, DVD, BD...) pieces. You can drag the resulting sets directly over your burning software (Nero, DVD-go...)

Quambla is a software that installed within your company or private structure will enable you to provide a complete remote file archive service to you and all your staff. The advantages of such technology are: you won't pay anything but you will reuse your ftp and sql resources without relying on any external services and you will keep your data where you really trust. Pure Cloud-systems can be very efficient but have several drawbacks and they are not as cheap as they look since you will get charged each time you use them or each time your subscription expires. Our project took in account each negative issue related to a Cloud-system environment and try to find an alternative solution to it. To use Quambla you need an FTP account with READ/WRITE rights, and at least one MYSQL account with GRANT permission.

REF's Archibald in its basic form is used to copy your files to some other place. The modular design allows for extensions, that will enable backups from and to any media you can think of.

Syncoco is an offline file synchronization tool. It uses a medium like an USB stick, and can handle much larger file systems than the size of the medium, since only changes to the file systems are transferred.

MonoCommander - monocmd. Target of this project is to develop an open source "commander"-style file manager written in c#, based on mono, gtk-sharp, glib-sharp. While it should work cross-platform, the primary taget is linux/gnome desktop.

Saturn disk image is a tool for working with disk images (".iso" files). Saturn provides a graphical user interface, a dotNET component library, and a NAnt task, enabling software engineers to create disk images from build scripts.
