We love bots, and want to make them easy and fun to build! Include Botkit into your Node application and boot up a controller that will define your bot's behaviors. In this case, we're setting up a bot to use with the Bot Framework Emulator. Tell the bot to listen for users saying "hello," and use `bot.reply` to send an immediate response. Start a conversation, then queue up multiple messages to send, including a prompt sent using `convo.ask()` which allows your bot to capture user input and use it. Botkit is just one part of a bigger set of developer tools and SDKs that encompass the Microsoft Bot Framework. The Bot Framework SDK provides the base upon which Botkit is built. It is available in multiple programming languages! -

Rasa is an open source machine learning framework to automate text-and voice-based conversations. Rasa enables you to build assistants that can do this in a scalable way. Rasa uses Poetry for packaging and dependency management. If you want to build it from the source, you have to install Poetry first. By default, Poetry will try to use the currently activated Python version to create the virtual environment for the current project automatically. -

DiscordGo has nearly complete support for all of the Discord API endpoints, websocket interface, and voice interface. If you would like to help the DiscordGo package please use this link to add the official DiscordGo test bot dgo to your server. This provides indispensable help to this project. Construct a new Discord client which can be used to access the variety of Discord API functions and to set callback functions for Discord events. The DiscordGo code is fairly well documented at this point and is currently the only documentation available. Go reference (below) presents that information in a nice format. This library and the Discord API are unfinished. Because of that there may be major changes to library in the future. -

Chatto is a Swift lightweight framework to build chat applications. It's been designed to be extensible and performant. Along with Chatto there is ChattoAdditions, a companion framework which includes cells for messages and an extensible input component. You can find more details about how it was implemented in our blog. Chatto is a Swift framework to ease the development of chat applications. At the UI level, it takes care of managing the UICollectionView where the messages are displayed and provides a placeholder for an input component. Provides support for interactive dismissal of the keyboard and adjusts the insets automatically when it appears. Calculates this layout in a background queue (partially if your sizing routines can be only executed in the main thread). Triggers notifications to the data source to retrieve more messages (pagination). Encourages clean code by decoupling your message's presentation into different presenters. -

Claudia Bot Builder doesn't have a stand-alone http server in the background (such as Express, Hapi, etc.), instead it uses API Gateway and it's not trivial to simulate similar environment locally. Deploy it with --version test to create a separate test environment directly in AWS Lambda. -

DominoBot is a project for a simple IRC framework. It is currently a simple yet functional Domino game bot for IRC. It currently allows arbitrary piece (stones) numbers and multi session support. The game states are broadcast to the lobby. Uses colors to identify the player who layed each stone. It is a case study to create a framework for quick development of turn-based sessions, such as games, voting, meeting and etc. Uses PircBotX (redistributed - you do not need to download it).
