Open Source C# Games

OpenArena is a 3d game creation engine. It is a rendering system that can be used for more than just games but it is targeted at games. The basic use being create some game media textures models maps and config files for physics and rules.

A large repository of open-source programs built for Cygwin, including X11 desktops, language interpreters, multimedia frameworks, cross-compiler toolchains, and much more. Also hosted here is the cygport tool for building Cygwin packages. cygport releases and the Ports Git repositories are hosted here; Ports packages are available from the website.

The Mind Module (MM) is a spreading activation network (SAN) that can be used as part of an avatar, non-player character (NPC), or agent architecture for providing dynamic and fine-grained states of mind. The MM models a character's personality as a collection of traits, maintains dynamic emotional state as a function of interactions with objects in the environment, and summarises an avatar's current emotional state in terms of `mood'. In the folder MMUnity (see Files) you will find an implementation of the MindModule for Unity by Henrik Warpefelt and Staffan Widegarn Åhlvik. The original C++ code by Mirjam P Eladhari is currently being brought into the 21st century and will appear here in the near future. Drop us an email if you wish to access the code as is.
