BioSig is a software library for processing of biomedical signals (EEG, ECG, etc.) with Matlab, Octave, C/C++ and Python. About 50 different data formats are supported.

Working hardware has been built and is in a late beta stage. Software is also available.

In intensive care units (ICU) patients vital signs are monitored. This is an attempt to build an interface which can show external and simulated medical data, to mimic these patient monitors. The motivation for this project are my experiments with building medical devices.

This Ethernet sniffer was designed to work together with the medical device for EEG acquisition BrainNet36® (BNT36), from EMSA Equipamentos Médicos Ltda. BrainNet36® has 36 channels, A/D converters with 16 bit accuracy, conversion time of 10 µs and Ethernet communication interface. Being a device for clinical purposes, BrainNet36® does not export data online. This sniffer was developed to allow online processing by working in promiscuous mode and recording data in a plain text file.

N-Sense is sensory substitution software. Whit goal to make sensory substitution and super senses available to everyone. N-sense uses hearing as it's input port and is(will be) capable to allow multiple senses trough it as vision, magnetic orientation, humidity, velocity,time, altitude... Almost any data from computer can be made into sense and included into project. N-Sense is modular by design, written mostly in c++ to allow optimal processing speed and uses OpenCv for Image/video processing.
